We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator in Wiesbaden starting as soon as possible.
Purpose
In this role, you'll drive the execution and optimization of digital campaigns and activities with a strong focus on email marketing. You’ll support the creation, testing, and performance tracking of email initiatives, while also contributing to broader digital efforts across platforms like Google, Meta, and YouTube and the ncl.com website. Working closely with our internal teams as well as our media agency, you’ll help manage campaign budgets, develop creative assets, write copy for digital activities and coordinate local adaptations across European markets. You’ll also support other digital projects, especially related to ncl.com.
Your Responsibilities
* Independently create marketing assets for all digital channels, including paid media, social, website and e-mail marketing for various European markets in close collaboration with our international marketing team in Miami
* Support the management and optimization of digital campaigns (SEA, Paid Social, Programmatic, etc.) on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube & others – in close collaboration with our media agency and the internal marketing team.
* Help executing performance campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including budget monitoring, campaign setup, and tracking of key KPIs.
* Implement testing and creative processes, including the creation and further development of digital assets (copy, images, videos) across digital platforms to boost engagement and conversions.
* Support the strategic development of digital channels, particularly social media, by monitoring market trends and innovations.
* Contribute to campaign analysis and reporting, including the preparation of performance evaluations based on relevant KPIs – with the goal of identifying data-driven optimization opportunities.
* Coordinate and align local adaptations for different European markets (languages: English, German, Spanish) in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the further development of our digital infrastructure, e.g., in the areas of website content and email marketing.
Your Profile
* Completed degree in (Digital) Marketing, Tourism, Business, or a comparable qualification
* A 2-3 year hands-on experience in (digital) marketing
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
* Strong conceptual and creative skills, with a high affinity for writing and proof-reading
* A good understanding for numbers, and a keen eye for high-performing creatives
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership
* Excellent written and spoken English skills; Fluent in German and/or Spanish.
* Experience in international communication within multicultural teams
* A team player with enthusiasm for digital trends and innovation with focus on social media
