A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical or engineering background. Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, preferably in certification management and engineering. Knowledge of specific certification standards such as IEC, DNVGL-ST, and other relevant norms in the offshore wind sector in Germany and Europe. Experience in the offshore wind or renewable energy sectors. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying information to various project stakeholders. Dynamic work approach and quick grasp of technical contexts. Proficiency in English and German. Willingness to travel within Europe and potentially beyond.
