💼 About Us:

At ExaGaming, we design highly stylized and playful slot games with a strong visual identity and engaging gameplay. UI/UX plays a critical role in shaping how players interact with our games — from in-game panels and buttons to onboarding flows and bonus feature layouts. We already have a clear creative and visual direction in place, and we’re now seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience layer across all our games.

🎯 Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who understands both form and function — someone who can design interfaces that look beautiful, feel intuitive, and support player engagement. You’ll work within the established visual direction and collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring polish, clarity, and consistency to every screen.

Your focus will be on designing layouts, interactions, and UI components for slot games — while thinking in systems and reusable patterns. You’ll also play a key role in building and evolving our internal UI design system.

🖌️ Key Responsibilities:
* Design clear, engaging, and visually appealing UI layouts for slot games


* Create and maintain consistent UI components (buttons, panels, reels, reward systems)


* Define player flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups


* Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure visual consistency across games


* Work closely with developers and animators to guide implementation


* Apply user psychology and A/B testing insights to optimize UI/UX for retention and performance


* Help evolve and maintain the internal design system for faster scalability


🧠 Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in gaming, mobile apps, or interactive products


* Strong portfolio showcasing game or app UI design with attention to detail


* Mastery of Figma; familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus


* Deep understanding of layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and readability


* Ability to think in systems and scalable UI patterns


* Knowledge of UX principles related to mobile/casual gameplay


* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills


⭐ Nice to Have:
* Experience designing for slot games, casual games, or web-based games


* Familiarity with animation tools (Spine, After Effects) for UI motion guidance


* Basic prototyping or development understanding (Unity, Cocos Creator, etc.)


* Aesthetic alignment with stylized, colorful, cartoony UI
