In this senior role, you take a leading position in shaping and driving global commercial and product-related strategic initiatives across all channels and business units. Lead and steer global, cross-functional strategic projects aimed at improving our sales and product strategies.
Develop global distribution, channel and expansion concepts to optimally reach target customers through our BOSS and HUGO brands.
Analyse global sales performance, commercial formats and customer behaviours, identify growth levers and business opportunities, and recommend innovative and customer-centric solutions to improve company performance.
Ensure robust, fact-based decision-making and present possible courses of action regarding the future orientation of the company to the top management
Proven track record in strategic business development and brand-focused projects.
International experience preferred
Proficient in English, with basic German skills preferred.
Confident, adaptable team player who excels in detail-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-focused approaches.
