This is a strategic leadership role, the ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can shape our enterprise business strategy within the financial vertical, foster long-term executive relationships, and accelerate growth across our portfolio. Responsibilities: Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting financial institutions, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on growth opportunities. Understanding and getting insight into named account strategies, business development, and operations processes, steer potential requirements regarding the Enterprise Business. Drive executive engagement programs, leadership initiatives, and industry partnerships to position the company as a leader in financial infrastructure modernization. Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives, technology leaders, and decision-makers, understanding their infrastructure challenges and aligning solutions to business objectives. Understand customer’s business needs and challenges, present Client’s value proposition to customers, work together with Client’s data center/Networking solution teams to provide the best solutions for customers. Build relationships with Enterprise customers within the financial Industry, breakthrough Client’s Enterprise solutions in Financial customers by coordinating with solution sales team to support the opportunity and projects Develop and execute the business development strategy for enterprise customers in the financial services industry, focusing on storage, datacenter, and networking solutions. Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities that expand market share within the financial vertical. Mentor and guide team members, contributing to a high-performance business development culture. Requirements Sales sense and ability to develop identify sales opportunities. Deep understanding and experience on the Germany Financial industry Good communication skills, team work spirit and strong work responsibility 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management Proven track record of executive-level engagement and successful growth within the financial services sector. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the boardroom level. Strong technical acumen across enterprise IT infrastructure, including storage, networking, cloud, and datacenter solutions, would be an advantage, but not required. Fluent in English and German Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial industry’s regulatory landscape, technology priorities, and digital transformation drivers. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
