Office Manager
to join our regional team in
Wiesbaden
on a
2- year contract
to oversee daily operations, coordinate facilities, and support our team in maintaining an efficient and welcoming workplace.

Your Role
As Our Office Manager, You'll Take Charge Of

* Office Management: Managing daily office functions, coordinating facilities repairs, maintaining supplies, and overseeing seating arrangements.
* Communication & Coordination: Serving as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders, including building management, clients, and vendors.
* Onboarding & Budgeting: Assisting with new employee onboarding and managing office budgets and expenses.
* Reception Duties: Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors, organizing meetings, and maintaining common areas.
* General Support: Assisting executives with reports, events, and correspondence while ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.

What You Bring

* Experience: 1+ years in office management or administration, with a solid understanding of workflows and best practices.
* Bilingual proficiency in German and English (written and verbal).
* Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Budget management and expense tracking experience.
* Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
* A proactive self-starter with a "can-do" attitude.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and skilled at building positive relationships.
