We are looking for a Junior Packaging Developer HS and NS (m/f/d) based in Bad Schwartau.
This is what you can expect:
1. Lead and deliver packaging projects (innovation & renovation) on time and in line with strategy
2. Develop and specify primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, incl. display materials
3. Ensure successful implementation with suppliers and production sites (incl. factory trials)
4. Support testing of alternative materials for cost, risk, and sustainability improvements
5. Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain & Quality as packaging expert
6. Scout new packaging trends, materials, and technologies

7. Degree in Packaging, Engineering, or a related field
8. First experience in packaging development (paper, plastics, glass, metal)
9. Strong project management, planning, and problem-solving skills
10. Accurate, structured and reliable working style
