Who we are
The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
Your role and key responsibilities
* Developing the best anode materials, such as graphite or silicon-based, for PowerCo's lithium-ion batteries
* Close cooperation with suppliers of anode materials, implementation of development projects and partnerships
* Carrying out the synthesis, analysis and evaluation of anode materials in test benches
* Support for the implementation of new anode materials in PowerCo's cells from material selection to production
* Scouting and analysis of technical trends, conducting literature and patent searches
What you bring to the team
* Completed technical/university studies in chemistry, electrochemistry, materials science, physics, chemical engineering or comparable qualification
* Professional experience in the development of anode materials
* Expert knowledge in the development of anode materials for lithium-ion batteries
* In-depth knowledge of battery cells and electromobility
* Strong ability to work in a team, also and above all the willingness and desire to work together in an innovative and international environment
* Strong ability to self-organize and good communication skills

* Doctorate in the field of lithium-ion batteries desired
