This role will oversee multiple software engineering and infrastructure teams and requires a broad, interdisciplinary background to effectively lead across diverse technical domains.This role is hybrid (3 days in the office).Requirements:Overall E2E ownership for the Technology Function for DACHWorking in partnership with the project leads and stakeholders, define, track and manage these projects to ensure delivery to budget and committed timelinesDevelop the strategy and process for modernizing the markets, including product, resourcing and back office.Develop the vendor and location strategies, looking to utilize Technology centers in addition to the local market resourcesEnsuring SLAs, metrics and continuous improvement measures are in place and can be demonstrated.Manage the markets Tech budget, understanding, challenging and proactively managing their cost and time position to mitigate potential delays and identify efficienciesIdentify any dependencies, risks and issues and ensure mitigation plans in placecreating weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports to highlight progress, call our risks and ensure alignment across Technology.Work closely with regional representatives from multiple global teams to ensure an effective cross-functional approachAct as pivotal connection between the Technology delivery team and the commercial business to ensure requirements and timelines are understood and alignedCoach, develop and challenge project teams to a successful implementationEffectively communicate timely and relevant updates to multiple stakeholder groupsKey attributes:Proven track record of leading a major Technology program as a senior project manager or directorStrong project management and organizational skills with experience of managing complex projects and performance management of suppliersStrong Technology background – knowledge of agile delivery practices, large scale data platforms (GCP,AWS) ,Java, .Net, Data Base technologiesAbility to define and implement KPI’s around quality, efficiency and delivery for large distributed scrum teams.Exceptional multi-tasker, strategic and tactical thinkerAbility to prioritize and adapt while maintaining the highest attention to detailRelationship management, able to build and maintain effective working relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of colleaguesUnderstanding of relevant data legislation and privacy compliance across EuropeSkills:10+ years of experience of Leadership experience relating to critical Domains or ProgrammesExtensive project management skills with a focus on business-centric projectsAbility to develop governance methodologies as an integral part of successful programme execution,Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of leaders, managers, and subject matter experts.Able to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneouslyDemonstrable skills in presenting information effectively and delivering effective reporting mechanismsAble to produce high quality, effective and thorough documentationAble to manage and prioritise competing requirementsExcellent organizational, decision making and analytical skillsStrong technical aptitude of Microsoft Office, Atlassian tools, Java and / or .Net.Familiar with SW development industry standards.Experienced to manage cross border teamsAll Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at Website and Website.
