About this Position
This position involves leading a team of experts responsible for maintaining and improving the health, safety, and environmental standards across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality and HSE management, with a focus on occupational safety and environmental risk assessments.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional leadership to the HSE team and foster collaboration between team members.
* Develop and implement strategies for occupational safety and continuous improvement of our safety standards.
* Manage AGU methods and systems, including reporting, risk assessment, HSE compliance, hazardous substances, and process management.
* Define AGU objectives and measures for our organization and oversee their implementation within project frameworks.
* Be responsible for further developing and certifying the AGU management system in coordination with our Quality Management Systems team.
* Collaborate with the global HSE team to develop group-wide strategies and implement shared goals in health, safety, and environmental protection.
* Design and create target group-specific training materials to sustainably strengthen employee safety awareness and professional competence.

Requirements
Qualifications
* Technical degree in safety engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or materials science.
* Professional experience in quality and HSE management, with a focus on occupational safety and environmental risk assessments.
* Certified occupational safety specialist (Sifa).
* Knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Internal auditor qualification.

Working Conditions
* 20-30% international travel required.
