Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
2. Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications and rates
3. Load semi-automated machines safely and cautiously according to process instructions
4. Inspect parts according to quality specifications
Additional Responsibilities
5. Analyze inspection data, as required
6. Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy
7. Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Lean standards

8. Reports to: Shift Supervisor

Qualifications:
Work Experience and Education
10. High school or equivalent level of education
11. Experience working in a fast moving consumer goods manufacturing environment
Specific Knowledge
12. An excellent team player who is committed to helping and communicating with coworkers
13. Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
14. Basic math skills and good use of logic
15. Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
16. Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work
