Your Responsibilities
1. Own and evolve our experimentation and A/B testing infrastructure to support rapid learning across teams.
2. Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to instrument tracking and enable granular behavioral insights.
3. Drive initiatives like Refer-a-Friend, bonuses, and retention programs, balancing customer incentives with business outcomes.
4. Integrate key marketing technologies (e.g. affiliate tracking) into our product and data stack.
5. Work with Engineering to prioritize and deliver growth-enabling capabilities with high quality and efficiency.
6. Lead backlog refinement and discovery rituals with engineering, ensuring high alignment and focus.
7. Contribute to quarterly planning (OKRs) and define clear success metrics for your domain.
Your Profile
8. 2+ years of experience in a product role, ideally in B2C, and/or in a growth-focused role.
9. Experience working with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing setups
10. Solid understanding of tracking, analytics, and attribution concepts.
11. Strong technical fluency—able to collaborate closely with engineers on backend services and APIs.
12. Familiarity with designing and evolving APIs
13. Strong collaboration skills across product, data, marketing, and tech
14. Analytical mindset — confident using data to define success and drive decisions
