Our next step is radical: we are building a company where many processes are handled by AI “digital employees.” We are not looking for someone to discuss AI. We are looking for someone who builds it.

What You’ll Do
* Walk through departments and challenge existing workflows
* Identify repetitive tasks and replace them with AI
* Build AI agents and automation workflows
* Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions
* Test, fail, improve – continuously
* Introduce AI into daily operations across all departments
Targeted project building
* AI purchasing assistant (supplier search & analysis)
* AI after-sales agent (handling customer emails)
* AI product development assistant, compliance checker
* AI knowledge system for all internal data
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Ambitious candidates with a proven background in building and deploying functional AI systems; while a degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
* Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, automation)
* Prompt engineering & workflow design
* Experience with APIs and automation tools, coding skills (Python or similar)
* Ability to build working prototypes quickly
* Your portfolio is required, send us links, demos, or examples of your work.
