Your challenges
1. You will define and implement the Value Proposition and Go-to-market strategy for products, services, and software solutions in the Business Unit Automation, and develop marketing measures to increase demand and revenue.
2. You will analyze the effectiveness of product marketing and implement measures to enhance it in collaboration with Corporate Marketing, regional marketing teams, and relevant stakeholders.
3. You will develop and coordinate product-related and cross-product marketing activities and campaigns, including market launches, to attract customers and generate leads.
4. You will work closely with the Innovation Management Team on business development and marketing strategy for recurring revenue streams and support innovation management by bringing customer and market perspectives to the development teams.
5. You will build a compelling marketing story for our offerings, motivate stakeholders, and support product positioning across segment and regional boundaries.
6. You will manage events and trade shows, create marketing materials, and define product training processes for sales staff.
7. You will maintain active relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and collect customer feedback to support the Automation business unit.
Your expertise
8. You have successfully completed a Master's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a combination of these fields.
9. You possess several years of experience in marketing and/or product management positions.
10. You have experience in the life science industry and you can demonstrate a significant network in the life science sector, which is considered advantageous.
11. You have proven experience in executing international projects and convince with your abilities in virtual leadership and the ability to lead teams to achieve results.
12. You combine strong networking skills with an independent and structured working style.
13. You possess profound knowledge of working within Microsoft/Office 365.
14. You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills English, German skills are considered advantageous.
