For a renowned, highly international organization, we are looking for an experienced Marketing professional who will act as the central driver of all brand, marketing, and PR activities.
This is a very exciting and high-impact role without formal people management responsibility, but with clear leadership relevance: the position combines strategic brand stewardship with hands-on execution and carries end-to-end ownership for positioning, visibility, media relations, and communication across all channels.
Operating in an international context, the role is ideally suited for a professional who enjoys shaping direction, taking ownership and responsibility and serving as a trusted sparring partner to leadership while remaining deeply involved in the operational delivery.
Tasks
* Further development and strategic refinement of the organization’s brand and market positioning
* Analysis of target audiences, competitive landscape, and overall market environment and translating these insights into a marketing, content and communications strategy
* Strengthening brand awareness and expanding the reach of the organization’s services across defined channels
* Content strategy and creation for all defined channels, especially social media
* Developing, executing and analyzing the performance of online and offline marketing activities, organic and paid media
* Conceptualization and creation of advertising and communication materials, including copywriting and graphic content
* Active networking, development of strategic partnerships
* Attending and organizing events
* Management of PR activities, including the establishment, expansion, and ongoing maintenance of a strong journalist and media network to position the company effectively within the media landscape
* Leading agencies and freelancers, if necessary
Your profile
* A completed apprenticeship and/or university degree, ideally with a business or economics-related background
* Several years of professional experience in marketing and communications, experience in PR would be a plus
* A strong strategic and analytical mindset, with proven experience in developing and implementing strategies based on market, target group and competitive analysis
* Hands-on experience in the planning and execution of marketing activities, especially in digital channels (organic and paid media)
* Experience in using graphic design tools, such as Canva
* A proactive, execution-oriented personality who enjoys operational work while maintaining a clear strategic perspective
* An open and outgoing personality who is comfortable building partnerships and developing strong professional networks
* Very good German language skills and fluent in English (both in written and spoken form)
* Available for occasional evening and weekend work to support and attend events
