Developing and implementing strategies and means for effectively maintaining relationships and promote long-term partnerships Key account skills for retaining partners in the long term Primary responsibility for the benefits offered to our participating startups Creating compelling assets and materials to drive engagement with key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem Sales attitude, revenue-driven personality Program Support in terms of network engagement Working with product teams to ensure smooth value delivery to the customer Community presence: Representation at events, active networking, and positioning of Start2 within the ecosystem Your profile Completed minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably related to entrepreneurship or technology Approaches challenges proactively and innovatively, demonstrating resilience and a strong passion for supporting startups and fostering global innovation Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to building relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders Ability to quickly use software tools (Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, ChatGPT) KPI-oriented personality Fluent in spoken and written English and German Why us?
