Monitor and control ASP invoicing, validating accuracy, compliance, and alignment with agreed service conditions. Track service performance, operational KPIs, and network efficiency. Prepare and deliver regular follow-up and performance reports using Excel and CRM data. Ensure all service cases, partner data, and documentation are properly maintained in CRM platforms. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service processes and network performance. Conduct regular business trips within Germany to visit service partners, support network development, and perform operational follow-ups.
