* technical administration and continuous further development of the Celonis SaaS platform
* Coordination of system changes and upgrades
* Management of support processes and resolution of issues
* Administration of user and system access
* Integration and maintenance of interfaces to source systems
* Maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing systems
* Providing 3rd-level support for implemented and/or assigned solutions
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable technical field
* Experience in 2nd- and 3rd-level IT support
* Knowledge of system and service processes within an IT organization (ITIL)
* Independent and responsible working style
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Very good English skills
