Responsibilities
* Develop solutions for high-level legal questions within the Employment & Pensions team of an international law firm.
* Advise clients on their entrepreneurial goals with practical solutions and clear recommendations, nationally and internationally.
* Core areas include restructuring and reorganization of international companies, M&A, executive matters, crisis management, compliance, and litigation.
