Your Resbonsibilites:
1. Build and maintain strategic relationships with central banks, private sector clients, and key stakeholders to drive CBDC initiatives
2. Lead revenue growth through strategic account management, pipeline development, and consultative solution sales from lead generation to closing
3. Coordinate interdisciplinary teams for complex contract negotiations, proposals, and RFP participation, ensuring seamless project execution
4. Design and deliver workshops, presentations, and thought leadership at industry events, panels, and conferences
5. Identify new market opportunities, develop business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to ensure product-market fit
6. Negotiate complex contracts and present solutions and strategies to senior management and board-level decision makers
Your Profile:
7. Proven success in selling innovative, complex technical solutions in cutting-edge industries with a consultative approach from outreach to closing
8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills; adept at simplifying complex topics for all organizational levels and building strong networks
9. Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
10. Fluent in English (written and spoken) plus one additional language (French, Spanish, or Arabic)
11. Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse environments
12. Preferred: Experience in payments or FinTech industry
