Your role Develop, maintain and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes and tools (incl. IT-tools), to ensure efficient workflows Represent Strategic Procurement for process- / systems & tools- / methods- / KPI- questions Drive, support and monitor global implementation of procurement best practices, including train-ing programs Act as Business Process Owner for Strategic Procurement (procure-to-pay process) Work with procurement heads to deliver best-in-class capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement process Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap in collaboration with group strategy and key stakeholders Lead, coordinate and support overarching procurement projects and activities Develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data Monitor and report on procurement performance Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures Integration of new departments / functions / companies into Meditec Procurement organization Leading PMI activities for Strategic Procurement Supporting internal audits and audits from external authorities National- and international travel activitiesYour profileProcurement professional with 5+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, with strengths in designing and implementing effective organization, processes and modern procurement tools at a global level Experienced in implementing or managing processes in regard to source-to contract, purchase-to-pay and/or global business services Excellent communication skills and capability to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
