Process engineering
Preferably many years of professional experience in site and commissioning management,
• Experience in the field of plant construction or power plant environment required;
• Ability to work international and multidisciplinary teams on the construction site;
• Valid SCC certificate (important)
• Coordination and supervision of construction and assembly work, in particular with regard to compliance with the installation and execution drawings
• Coordination and monitoring of construction and assembly work with a focus on compliance with costs, deadlines, agreed quality and occupational health and environmental protection
• Participation in construction meetings
• Recording and recording of the construction progress and report to the construction site management or project management
• Coordination of ongoing activities with the site managers of the other trades in order to ensure an optimal project flow
• Documentation of defects of the vicarious agents
• Participation / preparation of defect notices in the event of underperformance
• Evaluation of supplementary claims of the vicarious agents
• Participation in the acceptance of partial scopes / overall scope
• Coordination and monitoring of commissioning Determination and coordination of the commissioning processes and other measures to be carried out on a daily basis with the commissioning engineers of the contractors / suppliers and the operating personnel
• Coordination of the contractually and timely provision of the input and operating materials required for commissioning.
• Control of the required measurement and test protocols.
• Ensuring that extraordinary events are reported immediately to the project manager or similar for any necessary information to the licensing authorities or other public bodies.
• Reporting depending on the IBS phases
• Final report on what happened during the commissioning period with critical assessment of important incidents and experiences
