YOUR ROLE
As part of the Global Innovation Health Safety Environmental (HSE) team, you will work with both engineering and R&D teams to ensure all new equipment and machinery are delivered ‘HSE-ready’ i.e., meets all legal and P&G health, personnel safety, process safety and machine safety as well as environmental requirements.
* You will work globally, across multiple business units, regions, functions, and with internal and external resources.
* You will be the single point of contact for engineering teams in all questions related to HSE
* You will influence and collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve technical challenges to find safe, legally compliant, and cost-effective solutions.
* You will conduct and coach engineering teams on various risk assessment activities, including overall risk assessments (ORAs), Machine Risk Assessments (MRAs), Change Management
* You will be part of a global team of technology masters in all areas of HSE. You will support the HSE community of practise with your expertise in numerous HSE areas.
* You will become one of the global P&G trainers for HSE and ensure knowledge transfer across P&G via online and face to face events.
