Your Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional who’s ready to lead impactful projects, guide leaders with confidence, and take ownership of complex HR initiatives. Your key responsibilities will be the following
1. Partner with leaders to implement HR programs and provide expert guidance on policies, compliance, and people initiatives.
2. Lead key HR projects across performance management, salary planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
3. Advise on HR policies, handle diverse employee inquiries, and coach managers on effective employee relations.
4. Develop and maintain essential HR documents and reports, ensuring accuracy in organizational and workforce data.
5. Support Talent Management with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Who we're looking for
6. A university degree (or equivalent qualification).
7. Deep, practical knowledge of Carrier’s organization, systems, or programs, with the ability to drive improvements and enhance current processes.
8. At least 7 years of relevant professional experience,
9. 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree in a related discipline.
10. A proven ability to operate at an expert level within their area of specialization.
