Electric Supervisor Position
As an experienced electrical supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of electrical systems on our construction sites worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that all HSE and safety standards are met during the installation process.
* Provide technical guidance to subcontractors during electrical installations.
* Monitor the quality of work and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
* Ensure timely completion of electrical works.
* Verify reports and ensure complete documentation.
* Participate actively in project and site meetings.
* Identify and report missing or defective components.
* Support site management in planning, organization, and execution.

Requirements
* Completed training in electrical engineering (e.g., electronics technician, industrial electrician).
* Ideally, experience in electrical installations, preferably in the wind energy sector.
* Take responsibility and lead teams safely and motivatingly.
* Display organizational and planning skills and make quick, well-founded decisions.
* Travel readiness: 70% of working time spent traveling internationally.
* Excellent English skills (B2/C1/C2 level), proficiency in MS Office, and physical fitness.
