Your Job:
* Primary contact for payroll for the SAP HCM system, particularly for error analysis, table maintenance, and implementation of system adjustments and optimizations
* Responsibility for preparing, coordinating, and executing year-end activities in the payroll area (PWC) and providing accrual data in close coordination with the finance department
* Design, technical support, and continuous development of time management, including standardization and optimization of existing processes
* Driver of digitization and automation in the payroll and time management environment, e.g., through the introduction and further development of workflow and ticket tools
* Participation in the redesign of HR processes (e.g., pension provision) and enabling specialist departments to focus more on strategic tasks by relieving them of routine work
* Advising HR business partners and managers on complex payroll-related issues and actively helping to design efficient and legally compliant processes
* Working closely with the Center of Excellence, internal interfaces, and external partners such as social security institutions or tax authorities to implement collective bargaining and legal requirements
Your qualificaion:
* Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification in human resources/payroll accounting, or a degree in business administration, business law, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and/or the management of time management systems in a comparable position
* In-depth expertise in SAP HCM, particularly in the payroll and time management modules, as well as a strong affinity for IT and processes; comprehensive experience as a key user or in system support is required
* Sound knowledge of income tax, social security, and labor law
* Ideally, knowledge of the collective agreement for the metal and electrical industry
* High degree of confidentiality, reliability, initiative, and commitment
* Analytical thinking and a structured, conscientious approach to work
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as enjoyment of shaping change and actively sharing knowledge within the team
