The Role
As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for users with technical questions. You’ll ensure SAP systems and IT infrastructure run smoothly, while coaching and supporting the onsite team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coach the onsite team, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met
* Maintain applications, operating systems, and PC hardware
* Resolve incidents within SLA timelines
* Manage software staging (installation, configuration, preparation)
* Support logistics, warehouse management, and delivery services
* Provide end-user support
* Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
Requirements
* Valid Class B driving licence (mandatory)
* Willingness to travel locally (~50%) to customer sites in Munich and Nürnberg
* Strong language skills: German (C1) and English (C1)
* Experience with workplace and software/OS installations and support
* Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple products
* Previous team leadership, coaching, or performance management experience is a plus
