Tasks
* Operation and further development of a hybrid IT infrastructure (cloud & on-premise)
* Administration and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment (including Entra ID, Intune, etc.)
* Support and implementation of cloud transformation (migration of on-premise systems to the cloud)
* Support of classic infrastructure components such as Active Directory, Exchange (On-Premise & Online) and Group Policies
* Participation in the administration of virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware) as well as backup and security system
* Coordination of external service providers and collaboration with international stakeholders Ensuring IT security, compliance and system availability
* Analysis, conception and implementation of new technical solutions and processes
* Independent management of projects and continuous optimization of the IT landscape
Requirements
* Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure
* Solid knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID)
* Experience in hybrid IT environments (cloud & on-premise)
* Good knowledge of classic infrastructure topics (e.g. Active Directory, Exchange, GPOs)
* Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
* Willingness to work across disciplines as a generalist and to familiarize oneself with new topics
* Good German skills and technical English skills
* Independent, solution-oriented and responsible work style
