The Opportunity As HR Manager with a focus on temporary employment (ANÜ), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the compliant, cost-efficient, and effective use of temporary staffing across the organization. You’ll be the go-to advisor for managers and serve as a key driver in streamlining and professionalizing ANÜ processes — a function with clear visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities Advise and support hiring managers throughout the full lifecycle of temporary staffing, from recruitment to offboarding Ensure all processes comply with legal frameworks (AÜG) and collective agreements (TV LeiZ, iGZ, BAP) Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies and ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders Oversee the end-to-end invoicing and documentation process Analyze and optimize current ANÜ processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate on select HR tasks for permanent staff as needed Candidate Profile Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field Professional experience in HR operations, ideally in temporary staffing or recruiting for technical roles In-depth knowledge of German labor law as it relates to ANÜ and collective bargaining agreements Strong communication and organizational skills with a service mindset Reliable, team-oriented, and capable of working independently Fluent German and strong written/spoken English skills Open to career starters with relevant internships and a strong foundation in HR topics Compensation Overview €45,000 – €55,000 gross annually for early-career candidates with relevant internships or initial experience €55,000 – €70,000 gross annually for candidates with 2–5 years’ experience in HR services or temporary staffing €70,000 – €85,000 gross annually for experienced HR professionals with deep ANÜ knowledge and a track record in process improvement
