Overview
We are supporting the build-out of a growing independent advisory platform focused on sustainability-driven sectors, including energy transition, infrastructure, environmental services, and industrial decarbonisation. The firm advises founders, corporates, and financial sponsors on strategic transactions across Europe, combining deep sector expertise with a hands-on, entrepreneurial culture.
The Frankfurt team is expanding and looking to hire an Analyst to support live M&A mandates and strategic advisory projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Deal execution support across buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates, including preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentations
Financial analysis and modelling, including valuation work (DCF, trading and transaction comparables, scenario analysis)
Market, sector, and company research with a focus on sustainability, energy transition, and industrial transformation themes
Support in due diligence processes, data room management, and coordination with clients, investors, and external advisors
Active contribution to internal knowledge building and sector positioning initiatives
Candidate Profile
1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or a related financial role
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with solid accounting and valuation knowledge
Genuine interest in sustainability, energy transition, infrastructure, or industrial transformation sectors
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
Fluent German and English required
