About the Role:
1. Create a multidisciplinary team in charge of market analysis and product strategy.
2. Ensure global cooperation and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders and subsidiaries to secure shared planning and action plans with mutual understanding at a global and regional level.
3. Frame and implement mid- and long-term strategies for the LCV business across the region.
4. Manage multidisciplinary team members from Plant, Product, Marketing, Sales & Aftersales, Finance, and Legal to define conditions and ensure cross-functional alignment to achieve organizational performance and operational excellence.
5. Establish and develop regional Sales Channels, Networks, and After-Service strategies.
6. Manage and adapt to roadblocks or changes to ensure Hyundai Motor Europe’s strategic plans are delivered.
7. Forecast and identify new opportunities and monitor mid- to long-term risks to maintain a competitive advantage.
8. Lay the groundwork for model launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish pricing, network, and regulatory requirements.
About you:
1. Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 15+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a high-level functional management role.
3. Experience overseeing and managing LCV business strategy at the European market level.
4. Possess broad, cross-functional insight with the ability to develop long-term roadmaps and implementation strategies.
5. Proven leadership and coaching experience within a global automotive group.
6. Strong sales acumen and demonstrated leadership in B2B sales channel development.
