Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Project Development & Geschäftsführer in (m / w / d) at Zelos Energy Developments. The individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing project development activities, leading project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to strategic planning. Additionally, the role involves financial oversight, performance management, and driving growth in energy-related projects.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in project development, project management, and leadership roles
* Knowledge of the energy industry, particularly in large scale battery energy storage systems (BESS)
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and financial analysis
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
* Experience in regulatory compliance and risk management
* Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
