About the Role
Workster is partnering with a fast-growing company in the sustainable mobility sector to recruit an Operations Customer & Logistics Coordinator for its operations in Düsseldorf.
In this role, you will be at the center of daily operations, combining customer interaction, logistics coordination, and process optimization. You will help deliver a seamless experience from bike collection to final delivery while supporting the growth of a dynamic and environmentally focused business.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers during bike drop-off and perform basic technical checks (frame, motor, battery)
* Support Click & Collect handovers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
* Plan and optimize pickup routes to improve efficiency
* Act as the main contact for logistics partners and carriers
* Manage check-in processes and ensure accurate data recording
* Maintain and update digital records (serial numbers, customer details)
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Identify issues and proactively improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Strong organizational and planning skills with a logistics mindset
* Customer-oriented with a professional approach under pressure
* Interest in bikes or e-mobility (technical knowledge is a plus)
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Problem-solving attitude and ability to act quickly
* Comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Basic digital skills and attention to detail
