We continue this tradition. As Director of Sales & Marketing (all genders), you will play a key role in the strategic positioning and global representation of our property. You will actively shape the future of one of Europe's most prestigious hotels and help make the Brenners experience tangible across borders. Your work will be characterized by international exchange, exclusive events, and regular travel to our most important markets and partners worldwide.
You will lead a highly qualified and passionate team that works with dedication, expertise, and a strong sense of excellence. The departments of Sales, Events, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Reservations are well established and look forward to an inspiring leader who will set new standards together with the team.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic leadership and development of all commercial departments: Sales, Marketing, Events, Reservations, and Revenue Management
Development and implementation of innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share – locally and internationally
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, especially in the luxury segment
Responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing exclusive events and incentives
Representing the hotel at international trade fairs, roadshows, and networking events; regular international travel is part of your daily routine
Leading, motivating, and developing a committed team
Close collaboration with Finance and Operations to ensure achievement of financial goals
Market and competitor analysis as well as identification of new business opportunities worldwide
Your Profile
Several years of solid professional experience in a comparable position within luxury hospitality or the high-end segment
International sales experience and intercultural competence
Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passion for hospitality, events, marketing, and outstanding service
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Confident handling of common hotel software systems and CRM tools
