Excis is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide exceptional IT support for employees of a global leader in healthcare technology and innovation. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring seamless IT operations for employees. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
Provide L1/L2 support – Resolve issues with Windows OS (7-10), Office 365, Active Directory, and GPOs.
Hardware troubleshooting – Diagnose and fix problems with PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Mobile & remote support – Assist with iOS/Android devices, VPN, and collaboration tools.
Proactive maintenance – Perform software updates, patches, and system checks.
3+ years of experience in IT support (helpdesk/desktop roles).
~ Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
~ Fluent in English & German (B2/C1 level).
