For our Human Resources Team in Munich we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/x) The Role As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be the crucial first point of contact for potential candidates and play a key role in shaping the employer brand. You will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to offer. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and university career fairs. Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide a clear, communicative, and positive candidate experience throughout the entire process. Process Management: Handle end to end recruitment process independently and able to work on recruitment process optimization. Employer Branding: Help promote NIO's employer brand by crafting engaging job descriptions and representing our company values positively to candidates. Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and local HR Business Partner to understand their business needs, role requirements, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Data & Improvement: Assist in gathering recruitment metrics and contribute ideas to improve our talent acquisition strategies and processes. Key Requirements Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a fast-paced, customer-facing role, search background is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously. A proactive, curious, and problem-solving mindset. Enjoy working in a fast, dynamic and agile environment. Proficient in written and spoken English and German.
