About the Role
Sofitex Talent Recruitment, a global network of Temporary Work and Permanent Placement, is seeking an experienced professional to support the modernisation of our client's reporting systems. The Data Management & Reporting Officer will contribute to the extension of BCBS239 compliance scope and implementation of data quality and digitalisation initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
1. Reporting & Analytics Modernisation and BCBS239 Scope Extension:
o Migrate data and reports to our Group Data Warehouse;
o Expand BCBS239 compliance to Financial Statements and Pillar III reports through detailed data mapping and control framework adaptation;
o Apply our Group Reporting Governance principles to critical reports developed in Business Object, Tableau and Power BI;
2. Data Quality Control Implementation:
o Design and implement new or improved data quality checks in IT tools;
o Assist in compiling evidence of controls execution for critical report and mandate reports;
o Contribute to the identification and log of data quality or report production issues and close monitoring to close the issues;
3. Digitalisation Support:
o Participate in testing and feedback cycles for tactical tooling related to Data Quality, Data Glossary, and Data Lineage;
o Assist in mapping and validating data migration into new IT tools, ensuring alignment with our institution's data structures;
