Your new job includes
As a trainee in Finance & Controlling, you will take on responsibility in an international environment right from the start of our 18-month program.
* You will help make informed decisions, analyze figures, identify correlations, and help take our business to the next level strategically.
* You will learn about our business from the ground up and understand how figures, strategies, and decisions interact in international travel retail.
* Through assignments in Controlling, Finance, and Treasury at our headquarters, you will hone your professional expertise and gain deep insights into the management of our company.
* You will take responsibility early on, work on your own projects, and tackle challenging tasks, including internationally, e.g., at our retail locations or in subsidiaries.
* You will support management with business cases, deliver sound analyses, and proactively contribute your own ideas.
* You will continuously develop professionally and personally and build a strong network within the company.

Preferred Profile
Your job is demanding. That's why we are too when it comes to selecting our trainees. Here's what we're looking for:
* A completed degree with a focus on economics and a specialization in finance or controlling.
* At least 6 months of practical experience, ideally in the area of finance and controlling, e. g. through internships or working student positions.
* Software skills: confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ideally, basic user knowledge of SAP.
* Intercultural mindset: Experience abroad (e.g., internship or semester abroad) and very good German and English skills.
* Analytical thinking, a confident manner, and persuasiveness.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel to get to know our international locations worldwide.
