This role involves advising and supporting our HR operations, working closely with management and employees, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, and fostering employee development and engagement.
Responsibilities
1. Manage your own HR portfolio, providing operational support and advice.
2. Consult with managers and staff on employment law and HR policies.
3. Ensure adherence to guidelines and collective agreements.
4. Collaborate with the works council on co-determination topics.
5. Implement measures for employee development and retention.
6. Contribute to and deliver training sessions.
Qualifications
1. University degree (Master’s preferred) in economics, social sciences, or law.
2. First professional experience as a HR officer, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
3. Knowledge of employment law, co-determination, and collective bargaining is a plus.
4. Enjoy moderating training sessions and speaking in front of groups.
5. Excellent communication skills in German and conversational English.
