As Sales Representative (m/f/d) Toxicology (drug testing) in Bavaria and Austria, you will acquire customers, support and expand existing accounts, maintain and improve customer relationships, increase customer-specific profitability and be responsible for territory-specific sales.

Your tasks
12. You will sell our point-of-care rapid drug tests in the area of drug and medication abuse with a focus on SoToxa and Alco-Sensor FST
13. Full responsibility of sales figures, as well as planning and achieving performance targets
14. Trusted and first point of contact for our customers
15. Managing and driving the development of assigned customers, for example through strategic account management and post-sales implementation processes
16. Sales support for new products and product extensions
17. Preparing and conducting regular meetings on business performance
18. Contract renewals and negotiation of long-term contracts
19. Conducting customer training and education sessions
Your profile
20. Bachelor's degree or comparable level of experience (e.g. medical training) is required. Bachelor's degree in biomedical, medical technology or business related field or training as a medical technical assistant (MTA) is preferred.
21. At least 2-3 years of experience in the diagnostics industry with a focus on servicing and growing existing accounts, maintaining and improving relationships with customers, improving customer specific profitability and handling first line service
22. Proven track record in a similar position
23. Successful working with customers at a variety of organizational levels
24. Excellent product and industry knowledge
25. Strong understanding of key stakeholders and market and customer dynamics
26. Excellent communication skills
27. Ability to recognize problems and drive their resolution
28. Comprehensive understanding of key stakeholder and customer behavior
29. Fluency in German and good English.
30. Driving license valid in Germany, class B
