Business Administrator Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage day-to-day corporate administration for alternative investment vehicles and/or special purpose vehicles.
Key tasks include preparing board and shareholder meetings, drafting meeting minutes, opening bank accounts, and approving annual financial statements.
As the main point of contact for clients and external parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks, and regulatory authorities, you will be responsible for handling client relationships and communicating with stakeholders effectively.
Portfolio management involves overseeing the incorporation to dissolution/liquidation of alternative funds and/or SPV.
This role requires strong language skills in English and a flexible approach to adapting to a new team environment.
