With operations worldwide and a culturally diverse workforce from over 29 nations, CYBEX is a global leader not only in child safety but also as a lifestyle brand that resonates with parents everywhere.Areas of responsibilities:Develop and execute holistic store design strategies for all physical touchpoints (flagships, boutiques, pop-ups, showrooms)Lead architectural planning and implementation for brand environments including trade fairs, exhibitions, and high-impact corporate events, internal festivities, shop in shop conceptsOwn project lifecycle management from concept to completion: budget planning, timeline tracking, vendor coordination, and executionEnsure architectural concepts reflect and elevate the brand identity and customer journeyManage international internal teams (Visual Merchandising, Corporate Architecture, Visual Merchandising Retail, Project Management) and collaborate with external architects, agencies, and contractorsAlign closely with retail operations, marketing, and brand teams to ensure cohesion across all spacesMaintain awareness of design trends, sustainability practices, and innovation in spatial designOversee and improve guidelines for design standards and architectural brand manualsRequirements:Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field10+ years of professional experience in architecture with a focus on luxury retail, corporate spaces, or eventsProven track record in project management of high-end design/build projects across multiple marketsDeep understanding of premium brand environments and experiential designStrong leadership skills with the ability to lead interdisciplinary and multicultural teamsFluent in English; German and/or Italian preferredWillingness to travel extensively abroadIf you are passionate about making a significant impact in a fast-growing company and are looking for opportunities to advance both professionally and personally, CYBEX is your destination.
