In this senior position, you will shape and continuously improve and simplify project review standards, ensure high‑quality project submissions and challenge project teams to secure robust, well‑aligned investment decisions. Tasks & Responsibilities Based on your experience, you will lead project reviews to ensure all CapEx initiatives are complete, well‑prepared, and fully decision‑ready, enabling them to pass approval without the need for rework You will guide project teams through every step of the approval‑gate process, ensuring that all submissions meet the required quality standards and are ready for executive evaluation Together with global stakeholders, you will align processes and collaborate closely to secure smooth governance and seamless cross‑functional coordination, with no open issues at the decision point In close collaboration with the global CapEx team, you will strengthen organizational capabilities by developing and delivering practice‑oriented training for project managers and teams Requirements Master's or Diploma degree in MBA, MSc, or Engineering, ideally Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering Longstanding experience in planning and managing CapEx project or project portfolios and understanding engineering, manufacturing, building, and infrastructure processes Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills across cultures and leadership levels, paired with strong leadership capabilities Strong risk management and problem‑solving skills gained from working in complex, international environments Fluency in English and German required Ready to contact us?
