Powered by Delivery Hero's Pandora platform technology, the newly formed organization will continue to be known by the respective brands to customers, vendors and partners. Key responsibilities: Support High-Impact Teams: Collaborate with various functions to drive Delivery Hero’s People Agenda, enabling employees to do their best work. Strategize Across Functions: Partner with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and your Business Unit to design and implement programs and processes that enhance the employee journey—from onboarding to development and exit. Coach and Develop Leaders: Provide guidance on organizational design, talent reviews, succession planning, and strategic talent processes to managers and leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead Change Management: Act as a change champion, driving organizational transformations and crafting effective communication strategies during restructures and re-organizations. Promote Organizational Efficiency: Collaborate with leaders to achieve healthy levels of employee engagement (eNPS), attraction, retention, diversity & inclusion metrics, and ROI. Leverage Data for Impact: Use people analytics and insights to make informed decisions and shape talent strategies that drive measurable results. Team Management: Manage a small team of ICs and provide leadership and day to day support and coaching
