* You have a keen sense for trends, creator potential, and viral formats.
* You have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of content creators, develop ideas collaboratively, and deliver effective feedback.
* You are super driven, eager to learn fast, and highly self-organized.
* You think analytically and have a KPI focus and growth mindset.
* You love producing content and have an eye for what makes good content (smartphone, lighting, sound, editing).
