On our AI-driven SaaS platform, freelance experts team up to act like real companies, competing successfully for large enterprise projects.
Already, 120+ Vicos with thousands of freelancers work on projects for enterprise clients like BASF, Miele, Siemens or Daimler and many SME. Our SAP-certified platform is key to our success, providing the full digital infrastructure for forming and operating Vicos: marketing, finance, legal, organization.
An important focus of our growth lies in SAP services. Many of our Vicos focus on areas ranging from SAP S/4HANA transformations to highly specific SAP application modules. We are therefore looking for an ambitious, commercially driven leader with SAP ecosystem knowledge who wants to combine sales excellence with entrepreneurial impact.
As Business Development Director you are a key member of our Sales & Delivery Assurance (SDA) team. This is not a pure sales role. You combine end-to-end client acquisition with hands-on leadership of Vico Leads – supervising, coaching, and where necessary stepping in to secure delivery quality. Sales
Build pipeline and win new enterprise clients in the SAP transformation space – from first contact through deal closure.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, Heads of SAP, Procurement).
Supervise, coach, and provide hands-on support to the Vico Leads, who run the virtual companies, ensuring delivery quality and commercial discipline.
Sales track record: proven success in SAP Services sales or SAP consulting.
Leadership experience: demonstrated ability to lead, coach and hold accountable senior professionals or project teams.
SAP ecosystem knowledge: solid understanding of SAP landscapes, transformation projects and the competitive environment.
Excellent communication skills: you interact confidently with C-level clients, seasoned SAP professionals and internal teams alike.
Excellent German and English
Role is remote, but being onsite at least 40% in Walldorf would be nice, not a must
