Your role & responsibilities
* Take over global responsibility for designing, implementing and managing Talent Development concepts, standards and processes
* Be the subject matter expert in all Talent to Value Management topics including Potential Assessment, Development Planning and Succession Planning
* Provide global guidance for Succession Management Process incl. Key Talent Development, Talent Pool Reviews
* Prepare Key Talent Reviews for Top Management roles
* Enable & consult different international stakeholders, e.g. Executives, HR Business partners, in process and system-related questions
* Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups
* Create presentation templates, reports and communication & enablement material
* Develop a Key Talent & Succession KPI Dashboard, analyze data for process steering and success tracking
Your skills and strenghts
* Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on Human Resources Management
* Multiple years of professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and managing Talent Development processes, especially concerning Potential Management, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
* Proven track record in steering global HR projects
* Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills
* Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders
* Quick comprehension combined with an independent, precise, and very structured way of working
* Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
* In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (especially within the module Succession & Development)
* Proficient in Business English
