We have a requirement for a Site Administrator for large scale Construction Projects in the Frankfurt region.

Responsibilities
Your tasks will be to provide:
1. Administrative support to the project teams on the construction site
2. Onboarding of new employees, including scheduling and document management
3. Administration and issuance of construction site IDs and access cards
4. Coordination of appointments, meetings, and internal consultations
5. Summary note taking
6. Structured documentation in a GMP-regulated environment
7. Communication with internal and external stakeholders, international project participants
8. Supporting project managers, site managers, and specialist departments in the dynamic day-to-day project environment
9. Working with project-specific front sheets and standard pharmaceutical documentation standards
10. Ensuring smooth administrative processes in a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities
11. Issue Project Documents electronically.
12. Office/Site management
13. Procuring/organizing office stationary, supplies and safety equipment
Qualifications
Your profile
14. Completed commercial/administrative studies or apprenticeship or comparable qualification
15. Pharmaceutical or life science industry experience is a +
16. Fluent in German and English
17. Strong organizational skills, structured approach to work, and ability to work under pressure
18. Routine experience in dealing with administrative processes and documentation procedures
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – including occasional direct communication within the international project team
20. High reliability and enjoyment of a role involving a lot of interface work
21. Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work
22. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
23. Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio)
24. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
