In this role, you will act as an interface between business and IT and support the partners in neighboring countries.

Your tasks
* You will identify and define IT opportunities that create real value for our business in the BENELUX and Eastern Europe regions.
* You will work closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into smart, scalable solutions - from conception to full implementation.
* You coordinate and align internal and external IT services with business priorities and ensure their reliability and value.
* You stay informed about digital trends, explore new technologies and contribute ideas that continuously improve the way we work.
* You track performance, optimize service quality and ensure that every IT investment delivers measurable business results.
* You will maintain strong stakeholder relationships by traveling to customer sites in BENELUX and Eastern Europe when required.
Your profile
* You have a Bachelor's degree (ideally in IT, computer science, business administration or a related field).
* You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Partner or in a comparable role (e.g. Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, etc.).
* You have functional knowledge of central business processes such as IT, HR, finance, etc.
* You convince with open, dynamic communication and presentation skills.
* You have a strong customer focus and are able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* You have a results-oriented mindset.
* You work independently.
* You speak good German and excellent English; other languages such as French, Czech, Slovak or others are very welcome.
* You are willing to travel occasionally
