This is what awaits you
* The program focus is a comprehensive onboarding in all cloud topics for the perfect start of your career at STACKIT
* The program is structured as follows:
o Arriving: 2-3 days - This is where STACKIT onboarding and kick-off involve arriving in peace and setting everything up.
o Get Ready: 6 weeks - In technical training you will get to know Go, Kubernetes, our products and the domains.
o Innovation Lab: 8 weeks - Put ideas into practice and learn agile methods directly through teamwork and pair programming.
o Grow Together: 2 days (Offsite) - Present the lab results, experience team building, a hackathon and find out about your future team assignment.
o Develop & Grow: 6 months - Experience everyday life in a team of experts. You implement projects and receive targeted further development through monthly check-ins and soft skill training.
o Finals: The successful, joint conclusion of your program.

* Our cloud experts offer you a network that accompanies and supports you in your personal and professional development
* After completing the program, you will receive a certificate and start working as a Junior Cloud Engineer at STACKIT
* You are hired for an indefinite period from day 1 and are therefore an integral part of STACKIT
This is you
* You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or acquired a comparable qualification and are looking for a career start in the future-oriented cloud environment
* Ideally, you have already gained initial professional or internship experience in the cloud environment
* You are interested in topics ranging from operating systems to web applications and have already gained initial experience in development, preferably in Java, Go, TypeScript or Python
* You have the basics in Git, Web Development and databases
* You are enthusiastic and passionate about IT and new technologies
* You do not work according to the scheme, but are creative and put your heart into it
* You communicate confidently in English and can exchange ideas in meetings and technical discussions. Additional knowledge of German would be nice to have.
* You can participate in the training / workshops for the first 12 weeks on site (Heilbronn office).
